Virtual Enneagram Small Group Intensive
With The Reverend Michelle Meech
September 15 - November 10, 2026
This online learning experience assembles a cohort of twelve people to be a community of spiritual practice. Communities provide a unique space in which we learn to see others and be seen by them, expanding our compassion for others as we develop the same for ourselves. The Enneagram is a perfect spiritual tool for small groups. Participants learn more about Enneagram theory through study, didactic presentation, the experiences of other group members, and direct inquiry. By being a part of a short-lived community committed to supporting one another’s spiritual work, participants can gain more insight into their own experience and relationship with God.
Each week, the group receives a preparatory email that introduces the Enneagram topic and offers reflection questions encouraging participants to begin working with the material before the group session. The group comes together for a 90-minute weekly Zoom session.
Participant Expectations:
Participants are expected to engage during group sessions with their camera on and in a private space where they are able to give full attention to the community and others in your home cannot overhear. Participants may miss no more than 2 group sessions and the sessions will not be recorded. Everyone is asked to prepare for each session by reading the provided materials ahead of time. In the event that a participant does not yet know their Enneatype, they are asked to schedule a meeting with Michelle before the group work begins.
